High-season arrivals and departures are on Fridays or Saturdays depending on the unit. There is a 10% discount off low-season (and some mid-season) rates for 7-night minimum stays.
Deposit Policy
A 50% credit card deposit is required to make a reservation.
Cancellation Policy
For reservations made for the current calendar year: Prior to refunding the deposit (less a $75 cancellation fee), we must re-rent canceled unit to another customer for the full time and price. If the canceled unit is not re-rented, the deposit is non-refundable.
For reservations made for the following calendar year: You may cancel on or before December 31st and receive your deposit back, less a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel after December 31st, we must re-rent the canceled unit to another customer for the full time and price prior to refunding the deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee. If the unit is not re-rented, the deposit is non-refundable. Multi-unit or multi-week reservations may only be canceled at the sole discretion of the resort manager and must be approved in writing.
