This unit is almost new and upstairs in our main building. It has one bedroom(queen bed), one bath, a kitchenette(small frig, stove top, microwave and sink) and private balcony with sitting area and grill. It has central heat/air and water views from the living room and bedroom.
There is a flat screen tv over the fireplace.
